Our Yorkshire Three Peaks’ Challenge
In May this year myself and my daughter Sarah are taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks’ challenge in aid of the RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds). The RSPB is a great conservation charity which not only protects birds but their habitats as well. This of course means that many other animals benefit from their work. They also have many partnerships with overseas conservation charities and projects meaning that the RSPB has an international aspect, which I feel is important as wildlife doesn’t respect national boundaries.
The trek takes around 12 hours with over 1500 meters of assent, so I think it will be quite a tough day! We will be climbing the three highest peaks in Yorkshire.

Thanks in advance for any donations. We really appreciate them. All money raised goes straight to the RSPB via Just Giving. Sarah and myself are paying for our own travel and accommodation and any other costs involved with this challenge.
